Pretty good. Not my favorite dystopian novel (A clockwork orange takes that one), but still good. Story was really poignant and surprisingly modern for a book written in 1932.

I'm 35 years old and for most of my life I hated drinking. But recently, this past year I've been drinking a LOT. It got to the point that it was too much, so I cut myself off, but it's been really hard, if I'm being honest.

I still smoke weed, that's never been an issue that's effected my life, but this past year of drinking as and I'm happy I'm getting better and better and not drinking

The thing about quitting SSRI's, is that if you do it cold turkey after being on them for years, you can potentially develop serotonin syndrome from it. Which is honestly part of why I haven't just stopped. I take 20mg Lexapro, and I think I may try breaking my tabs in half for a while to taper off, then talk to my doc about starting welbutrin or something for after.

The thing is, if it's a non-narcotic maintenence drug, my company pays for it entirely, so I actually want it to be an RX and not an OTC, because then I don't pay for it.

You develop serotonin syndrome by overdosing on SSRIs, not stopping them.

And Prozac/Fluoxetine has a 4 day half life and tapers itself if you stop taking it.

The half-life matters less than the duration of use. Ativan only has an hour half-life, but you'll get withdrawal with long term use.
