Yeah. Because right now females don't hold a lot of high power/position jobs because of the lane they were put in early on. If it gets to be an even playing field then from our perspective right now it would seem like a female future.

It's amazing how ignorant people are. What lane were they put in? The countries that are the most egalitarian such as the Scandinavian nations result in a greater disparity between men and women, and they have gone farther than all other nations in ensuring children are raised with no bias. Google the gender equality paradox.

Humans are a sexually dimorphic species, that means they are different from each other at the most fundamental and biological levels, mentally and physically. Why in the 7 hells would you look at 2 things that are different but expect the exact same results from them? Faulty ideology, that's why.

I'll give you one reason men hold more positions of power than women. There is more in it for men. Literally a man has more to gain from achieving power than a woman. From the perspective of biological success which is reproductive success a woman gains near nothing from gaining power and financial success, her ability to reproduce successfully is one based very little on success and money but more on youth and beauty and two, limited to one baby every year or so.

Alternatively a man who is really successful and powerful gains access to more and more women and he has a near limitless ability to reproduce. Ghengis Khan had so many children it is estimated over a billion people today carry his genes. That is the pinnacle of reproductive success for a man and it is physically impossible for a woman. As a result power is more attractive to men because it has more utility for men.

Hillary Clinton has lots of money and political power, I would love to get her in bed, said no man ever.

A bigger problem is no one agrees on when the left goes too far. For example.

A far right position that damn near everyone can agree goes too far is: this is a white nation founded by white people and white people have proved to be the most capable throughout history we need to make sure our political and corporate leadership stays white.

All of western society is based on oppression and patriarchy, the people in power only have power because they took advantage of minorities and women and also colonialism. We should mandate that there is equal representation at all levels of power for minorities and women to make up for the years of oppression that keep these groups out of power.

These are both equally crazy positions but only one will people admit is crazy, the far left position people act as if is its reasonable. In fact they have already started passing laws to enforce their equality of outcome ideology.

What's that you have a more qualified male candidate you want on your board of directors? Doesn't matter in California, the law demands equal outcome, so hire that less qualified woman or else.

I don't know man. If someone withdraws consent even after it has started, I don't think it's out of bounds to say they should be able to then withdraw it. And it's not even a man/woman thing. If I'm having sex with a girl and I want to stop, she should recognize that as well.

Of course she should be able to withdraw consent my only issue is where do you draw the line to now making it rape. And is it a different level of rape or the same punishment for ambushing a woman in a park and dragging her behind a tree? These seem to be very different to me.

I refuse to believe the abuse of power narrative unless it is objectively shown that there was some kind of threat to abuse that power. I fully agree that it is a bad move to sleep with an employee/college student/etc for a variety of reasons, but it is fully possible for two such people to get together with zero issues.
