Akagami_Shanks posted...read some reviews, the consensus seems to be the lights are pretty at first, and then it reverts back to the same old Destiny lol softcaps are staggered with each DLC i think. if you have forsaken you'll drop rares/blues up until 500~. if you only own up to warmind you have to grind raids etc. to get to 400. basically you're wasting time after softcap if you ever intend to get the latest DLCs. --- |

So needless to say i'm not really too invested in the game. The resolution would be super low on my ps4 as well because i have to remote play it in that case you should probably do it just to get going on PC moving forward. don't really know your play style or how much you know about the softcaps but man i really suggest you take your time. avoid repeatable/public events and pvp(still repeatable) unless they give you cosmetic engrams or potential exotic items. try to get through every single piece of static mission since every reward is gonna be an upgrade up until you reach 500~(with forsaken). dunno how much you have grinded endgame before but the grind was pretty horrendous before forsaken and supposedly it's more fun now... still, i would go through every single thing the game has to offer before i reach that point where only specific repeatable events will boost your levels. oh and you can hunt for exotics too at any point since you can always craft a newer version through the collectables tab in inventory. --- |

| AsucaHayashi 09/22/18 12:05:38 PM #4 | how much have you played on the ps4? prob cheaper to get forsaken on ps4 if you don't wanna start over. don't forget you inevitably have to fork out for the 2nd season pass as well at some point if you wanna keep up. power levels are so stupidly arbitrary in D2.. you openly fight alongside people regardless of level/plvl and have to watch their higher level shoved in your face while watching them take out huge chunks of enemy hp with advanced weapons while you're just chipping away slowly even with critical shots. that said the whole collection is still pretty cheap on PC. i guess it depends on how much you really wanna spend on just one game of which you already own 3/4 so far on another platform. --- |
