I really loved the game. Dark Souls fanboys give it too much flak and I love Dark Souls myself. It's a great hybrid of DS, Ninja Gaiden and Diablo.

Agree. It was probably my goty and Im so hyped we're getting a 2nd. Dark Souls is probably my favorite series but I fuckin love how Nioh did it's own thing with the combat. The lack of unique enemies was pretty much my only complaint

For me it's all about environment. If where Im at has me hyped for the night I can drink a lot easier. If Im just in a regular day but with drinking I just don't have any want and it makes it harder to down alcohol

This. It's dumb to think it's not a realistic thing to happen irl which makes it work for me in writing. It's impossible for the character to know they are doing more damage than good until it's too late. Then they usually just get it off their chest cause they can't move on with the weight.

RE5 Mercenaries was incredibly good.

They could release that thing as a solo game and I would buy it on the ASAP.
