I personally find it weird to not say anything, but I know some people prefer it that way. I guess they could always go to that store if they really are going to try to avoid people. After using self checkout and observing others, the main problems lays in the fact that most grocery store patrons have never worked at a grocery store. There is also the issue of the weight system sensitivity and the coding regarding that. I don't have a problem with self checkout. I have worked at Target, though. I just don't feel like scanning and bagging everything. Plus, it's much quicker to go through a regular line with a cashier. OhhhJa posted... | LinkPizza 08/05/18 1:04:38 AM #3 | I used the apple podcast app. It has a setting where you can either choose the podcast episode to be deleted after you listen or not. And can save them. But as for podcast, I can't remember some of the app specific ones. But I like 2 different podcast that I listen to pretty normally. The first is the "Cracked Podcast". It's like listening to the site. They talk about some pretty interesting stuff. And they have lots of topics. But it's not for everyone... It's mostly pop culture stuff. You would have to read the description or title of each opidcast to know what it's about. The second, and favorite of the two, it "Terrible Warrios", AKA "These Warriors Are Terrible". This is a podcast where some friends get together to play TTRPGs, if you like that sort of thing. They're pretty funny. And they play different types. Like the first one was video game expendables, where they play a TTRPG using video game characters. Then next was Avengeres, then Judge Dredd. They do a lot, like Pokmon, Ghostbusters, Sailor Moon, and DC comic characters, too. It's a fun listen. I would at least say to listen to the first game before discounting it. Or find one of the games they play that you like or something. Those are the one two I can think of right now... And congrats! Also, for Terrible Warriors, they have a website. The reason is that one of the questions for males is if they had EVER had sexual contact with another male. If they answer yes, they are never allowed to donate ever again. So, if a HIV negative male has protected sex with another HIV negative male, they can never donate blood. Even if it was 10, or even 15, years ago. Yet if an HIV negative person has unprotected sex with an HIV positive person of the opposite sex, it's ok to donate as long as it was more than 12 months ago... I understand that it's easier for gay males who have had anal sex to get HIV(if they have sex with an HIV positive person). But the question makes it seem like every gay male who has had sex with another male automatically has it. At one point, there was even a question for females that asked it they had ever had sexual contact with a male who had any sexual contact with another male. Which I believe was also only 12 months. Personally, I wish they would only ask everyone as a whole if anyone has had any sexual contact with a HIV person instead. But what do you guys think? Also, I had heard of a few countries that were changing that requirement. It was still a 12 month(I believe) wait. That being said, I call my mom pretty often and ask her for tips on adulting. And she helps. I do try to do it on my own first. And even when I call her, I sometimes just tell her what I'm trying to do and if that's right or makes sense. Then a sip on Whiskey maybe from my mom's boyfriend at the time. And then some when I was hanging out with a friend. Also, at a small gathering with friends. (multiple times with different friends) Maybe at a party I can't quite remember. (Though I don't think so. But possibly) But I don't remember alcohol being there. Not to mention, I think I was still somewhat of a "straight-edge" back then... And maybe at another party I don't remember fully. But I'm pretty sure I didn't... Even Erich eventually had the sense to do that Won't there always be a most universally-disliked person, though. I mean, even if he left, it would become somebody else, right? It doesn't mean we'll actually hate them or anything. But it seems like the torch would just keep getting passed around... As for pets, it can really depend on like everything. The pets themselves aren't too expensive. And you can get cheap food that probably won't kill them(especially since they are trying to get it so that you can use food stamps for pet food). Never knowing where or if you'll get to sleep. Being out in the weather for days without adequate protections. Or most of what they deal with daily. That's just how I feel, at least...
