All I know is I was pretty sure at that time (probably 2-3 years ago) after doing research that the games I had gotten were fake. No. I started with FireRed/LeafGreen, and went through each gen all the way up to Omega Ruby, transporting everything I got along the way and getting an almost perfect Dex. I think Through Omega Ruby, Diancie was the only one I didn't have. If the store is not doing that, and don't want to rush customers because they want the money rather than caring that the employees just want to get the fuck home, then that sucks for the employees. I've been in retail stores where upper upper management does not want to enforce closing routines because they want every last cent and want the customers to pick shit out. As someone who leans left, I do have mixed feelings about this. Like, say what you want about these people like Huckabee Sanders, I personally kinda find her revolting, in a weird intriguing way. THAT SAID. I then have to ask, like who is this Comedian? Is she conservative, or liberal? If the latter, why the hell was she called in to speak there? I'm mainly arguing that the nitpick is with having a problem with the movies being announced relative to characters dying. But I've also argued in other topics that it's silly to think that if the movies had not been announced, that it would be reasonable to think that these heroes would stay dead, knowing what we know about Hollywood and how Marvel wants to make money with films like Spider-man, Black Panther, etc. even if they aren't announced. And also going by what happens in the Infinity Gauntlet comic that this is based off of. But I recognize that we don't all think alike, have different waves of thinking, not everyone has read the comic, and agree to disagree. I just notice when people try to pick apart at things that are pointless to pick at. Some of which are things that were explained in the movie, and some of which are things that are nitpicky. Someone saying the character deaths are ruined for them because other movies with them are announced, is basically saying that the filmmakers shouldn't have any freedom to do things like that because people are going to know they'll be back. Personally, I know they'll be back and I can still enjoy it because I choose not to hung up on things happening outside of the actual film (like films being announced, etc). So every time a GameFAQs user says "why didn't they do this??", it's because it probably would have failed somehow. We don't need to see every single outcome and HOW it would fail, it's explained to us in the dialogue when Strange saw several million outcomes and all but one were them losing. But yes, it's a fucking movie. It's made to create conflict and it is planned a specific way to tell a specific store, this one to create a cliffhanger where the heroes lose and it has to be resolved in the sequel.
