So Im going on a cruise in a couple of months and we booked an excursion to go jumping and sliding off of waterfalls. I can swim ok. You cant touch the bottom, but they give you life jackets.

How does a life jacket even work once youre under water and jump off of a 30 foot waterfall?

Today I had a tuna fish sandwich on wheat with mayo and 750 calories from lunch. (Subway, no sauce or cheese).

So when I add it up I had 1100 calories today.

200 for the tuna, 50 for the mayo and 100 for the toast?

And thats all Ive had.

I figured Id lost some weight..nope. Started at 61 235-238, Still there. I eat about 2000-2500 calories a day, nada.

Seems running will have to be the next option.
