He's not very good, in VI or in mobile titles, but I like his personality. I like the remaining, FF characters more though, especially Locke.

To be fair, I never did his full quest in the second half of the game, but I REALLY didn't want to. >_>

I enjoyed Locke and Celes' stories and character development much more, and Sabin's just fun as fuck.

Looking at probably moving to Atlanta or Austin once I graduate, seems more likely to get me an actual job and the ability to live decently in one of those places than to just blindly jump into LA.

Just watched L.A. Confidential for the first time. Super good movie, loved it. 1997 was a fucking amazing year for film, it's kind of a shame that the primary thing that year is remembered for is Titanic. >_>

Titanic is still a very good movie. It's in my top 10 of BP winners, even though I like L.A. Confidential more.

I've yet to watch it from beginning to end, but it's one of the few BP winners that I also just... don't want to that much. >_>

I've seen so many clips of it, heard every and reference and joke about it known to man, and at this point I just don't know how much I'd enjoy it.

I'm sure I will eventually, I'm slowly making my way through all of the BP winners, but it's not high on my list.

Well Vader obviously has bad memories of Tatooine, so it's understandable why he'd never want to go there again. And it has no significance at all to the Empire. Vader and Palpatine wouldn't be looking for Luke either, since as far as they know he doesn't exist. Not sure if there's anything more about how Obi-Wan evaded detection though.

Just watched Akria (1988) for the first time.

Hot damn, that was something. Really, really good, but that was a lot. Definitely can see the impact its had on other sci-fi media though, just off the top of my head Finaly Fantasy 7 has a fuck ton of stuff taken from/inspired by Akira. Like, a fucking lot.
