As for the missing worker, my first thought was if they're investigating any recently missing people. The worker still might not ruled out, since they didn't say anything on that subject. As far as we know, only the police saw the body and they had it in a bag.

It's a great game. Primal offered something different for the series but Far Cry 5 takes it further.

I couldn't play Primal because the lighting completely bugged out on my system for some reason. If I just happened to face a certain angle towards the sun, my screen would be completely white. It's a shame, because I was really looking forward to playing that game.

Haven't even tried fishing or whatever. Played it for about 3-4 hours and it's awesome.

What's amazing is how fresh it feels, despite 4 feeling so stale after 3.

And they really didn't deviate all that much. I don't know if it's just because I haven't played in a while or what.

A few tips

Learn to read. Ask any scribe and they can point you in the right direction. Once you can read you can make save potions yourself at an alchemy station, you have the recipe by default.

Herbalism. Seriously just pick up plants. After a couple levels you get a permanent bonus to your stamina, the skill has great perks, and at higher levels picking herbs will actually raise your strength stat. Also selling herbs by the hundreds can make you some serious coin, just load up your horse when you start getting overburdened.

Progress through the main quest until you meet a guy named Captain Bernard. After a couple of quests you can train with him for free in all sorts of combat. He teaches you some new tricks and it is a great way to raise your combat stats.

Yep, I got it as soon as I saw saves were 70 bucks a piece LOOOOL

It was one of the first things I did. Even then, it's still a pain in the ass because the game creates a new save file every time you do save, and there are no in-game options to delete them. And after a certain point, you have to overwrite saves because for whatever reason, the game doesn't want you to have too many of them. It's a giant clusterfuck.

Mount and Blade does this same hardcore shit, but it gives you the option to play without it. And it makes sense in that game, since it's so self-contained.

KCD is way too massive for that crap.

I only really played the first Spyro extensively as that was the only one we owned. I did get to play 2 at a cousin's house and it was pretty fun.

I'm surprised I'm loving it as much as I am. Impressions from the first level were "okay", but as I kept playing, the game really opened up. I'm not sure how many levels there are, but two of the three I've done have so much content, like hidden paths and items and whatnot.

The gameplay at first seemed a bit too simple, but past the first level, the game's challenges started becoming more apparent. There's also a fuckton of enemy variety.

There's plenty of upgrades like different swords to find, combat manuevers, and "sutras" which are basically stances that dictate how your stats are spread out.

It looks like your character also has a total of four different costumes.

With that said, the game's not perfect. The first 5 minutes of the game is pure walking and cutscenes can be pretty lengthy with, at times, very lackluster animation.

And despite the cutscene animation leaving a bit to be desired, the game is still very aesthetically pleasing.

Without knowing how long the game is, I do feel that $15 is a good price for it, if anyone's interested. But that's only if there's like 7-8 or so chapters. I'm only on chapter 3, and it's hard to get a bead on just how far I am into the game. It doesn't feel that long, as I've only been playing just under 3 hours. But damn, the game is an absolute blast. There also seems to a good amount of replay value, as there's some items that I clearly missed. There was also a boss fight that you're clearly supposed to lose, but I was able to hurt him and I'm wondering if, with good enough stats and upgrades, if it's possible to go back and actually beat him.

I've grown somewhat attached to the series over the past month or so and I'm watching this on Netflix.

Nevermind the fact that there's so much unnecessary bullshit aside from the races, it's so poorly cut and produced. And I'm not a stickler for CGI vs practical effects, but goddamn, there's so much in this movie that does make a good part of it look awful.

But it's biggest crime is the fact that there's enough promise and generally cool stuff, that it actually shows just how damn good a proper Speed Racer movie can be. God, if only Disney would get their hands on it.

As an aside, fuck Nintendo as well. I only got into Speed Racer, because of the PS2 game somewhat satisfying my cravings for some F-Zero action. But here's to Mario Kart 15!

With that all said and done, I'm really tempted to start watching the cartoon. Is it any good and has it aged well?

Also, fuck Spritle. Fuck him so damn hard. GTFO my screen already.
