| LanHikari10 05/21/18 8:55:39 PM #1 | Patient gets sertraline (Zoloft) 100 mg tablets. Instructions are to take 1 & 1/2 tablets by mouth daily. The patient prefers it this way. They get 135 tablets for a 90 day supply. Well, on their latest refill their insurance rejected it saying they only pay for one tablet daily. The only way to work around that issue is to dispense 90 tablets of sertraline 100 mg and 90 tablets of sertraline 50 mg, both one tablet daily. And insurance is perfectly fine with paying for that, but not the other now all of the sudden. https://imgur.com/lB5wmMp --- |
