I had the same problem until I cut my sleep time down to 4-5 hours. It's actually possible to safely get down to 3 hours if you train your body to go straight to REM sleep or w.e stage is the important one, but from what I read you basically have to take an hour and a half nap every 12 hours which kinda ruins your evening anyways

Nah, I feel like shit if I get less than 7 hours of sleep.

Sleep for 8 hours.

The other 4 hours go into getting ready for work, showering, eating, doing chores, etc. So really I only have like 1 hour of free time every night.

Basically corporate investors have millions of dollars in cash on hand to buy a home here outright. Home sellers would prefer to have cash (wouldn't you prefer cash if you sold your cars?). Lots of people here who make $100K-$200K annually can't even compete against millionaire CEOs who sees $1M as pennies.

In fact, just say $1.5M in cash MINIMUM to cover over asking price for the average $800K home that are minutes away from SF. This is fucking ridiculous.... Even my tech engineer friends have trouble coming up with that kind of money.
