Call 800-392-FORD and start a case. Ford Corporate probably won't do anything personally, but that'll get the attention of their customer relations manager and pressure them to fix this. Like I said, dealerships live and die by customer satisfaction.

I'm support staff in a Ford dealer's service department, and our body shop is an absolute shitshow. Understaffed, overworked, and they get cars from all the dealerships under our brand rather than just Fords. It's so bad that we hate checking vehicles in that need body work because we'll inevitably get a bad survey, but the body shop management is separate so we don't have any pull over there when shit hits the fan. It's so bad that when my coworker's truck got rear ended, he made it a point to use someone else for the work.

I'm sorry for your troubles. Calling and raising hell is the right thing to do, since bad surveys will get the attention of management very quickly.
