You're thinking of the difference in penalties between cocaine and crack, which indeed was to hurt black people. And on the matter of cannabis, it was quite explicitly made illegal to fuck over Mexican Americans. This is so well-known that searching just now for "why is cannabis illegal in the us", the first result's blurb (from History.com) was:
"Fear of Mexican immigrants led to the criminalization of marijuana."

So no, just because you don't know the history of something doesn't mean it's paranoia. It was a conspiracy, but a real one. They do happen, and our country has a long and storied tradition of fucking over minority communities.

I am expecting about a 15 pound bump. But I have a scale that measures weight, bmi, fat, visceral fat, muscle, bone, hydration, and estimates the calories you need in a day. So I will be watching that closely while introducing carbs back in.

I am drinking more water to keep the hydration up, but it is still lower than it was pre diet, so I am expecting some from that, but I have lost both percent body fat and visceral fat, so yay.

It's just not worth it.

If my health and gym class knowledge holds up the reason people gain it all back is a combination of some muscle loss which slows the metabolism and not actually fixing their eating habits, so they eat like they are still at their heavier weights and they gain it right back.

This can be combated by slowly increasing your calories to their new level and doing some muscle building while eating carbs and protiens to gain muscle.

Keto isn't for everyone. I've always hated how there's zero room for good sweet stuff in that diet (you can get some gross low carb desserts but blegh). I personally can't function in ketosis- any sort of job or study that requires brainpower doesn't mix well with this diet.

The loss of sweets isn't too big of a deal, although it is ice cream season. It's all the other stuff.

Eat a healthy balanced diet, and balanced includes healthy carbs, and you will lose the weight.

Potatoes are not bad for you. Eating one potato is not going to make you fat. What makes you fat is when you overload it with a ton of toppings. The toppings are what turns a healthy 150 calorie potato into a very unhealthy 1,000 calorie potato.

I actually don't like my potatoes with too many toppings. Just a pad of butter.

It is probably not the healthiest way to lose weight, but it is working so far, it is not something I would do long term though.

I couldn't do it. I love bread. A couple of my friends had success with it. I just cut back on sodas and started lifting weights.

I average one soda every 3 months for the last 2 years and I have picked up biking. They helped, but not getting to where I want.

Sure, skip the part when he was banned from his family because of the accident and was trying to turn back while strugling to hide the truth from others, and the fact that his sense of taste got so twisted in the process that he can barely eat like a normal person anymore. Wouldn't this really hurt uk porn sites bottom line? How is someone from america or singapore supposed to get one of these tickets to prove they are of age. And wouldn't this law just drive people to non .uk porn sites? The article said the sites could face punishment if it doesn't have a way to check age, so that would mean the provider isn't just putting it behind a wall or something.

tbh, unless they have family in the same class, it makes more sense to refer to students by their last name anyway. Shame that they reneged on that because they wanted to get rid of the guy because he's Christian.

It couldn't be that other students had issues being only reffered to as their last name or that he was selectively applying the policy singling out the student even more.

I love me some margaritas. I should go to the 2 for one night special at the taco place. The tacos are pricey, but the drinks are fair and they give away shots of patron like candy. It is a restaraunt policy to give you a free shot as you leave, but sometimes people don't want theirs so the bartenders might spread the love.
