My first smartphone had a 4 to 7 second delay. Second had a 3 to 4 second delay. Now my current phone is 0 to 1 second delay. When i am getting serious with these things my phone is more accurate than my pc.
The lack of Hawkeye is just marketing at this point. They want people asking where is hawkeye. They are probably tracking the amount of searches for Hawkeye after everything releases.
