i wonder if that 1-2 hour quote is for the original operators. Nowadays you get all 20 of the base operators if you buy the standard edition, but it used to be that you had to pay renown to unlock them just like the DLC ones, only they cost 8k or so instead of 22k.

I don't know if I'd agree with them bringing PC style FPSes to consoles. When I think PC FPS I think 8-10 weapons at a very fast pace. Halo wasn't that.

That's not to say Halo didn't have a major impact on FPS design, plenty of games after that copied the "two weapons+dedicated grenade and melee buttons" scheme, but I feel like that was more them making a popular console control scheme and that being brought to PC instead of the other way. FPSes feel like they're finally starting to get back to Quake/UT speeds now that people are so comfortable with the standardized controller scheme.

It's really not. No server wants to switch to a fair wage. Servers make decent money under the tipping system. It's why ModLogic hates it so much. But really I don't see why he just doesn't tip less. Nobody really cares at all. The server might care for 5 seconds, but they aren't gonna do anything to your food. I promise.

I've had two different servers fuck with customers food because they tipped less than the servers wanted. Both times they justified it to themselves by saying something about shitty tips deserve shitty food and in both cases they were fired after kitchen staff told the managers about it.
