It wasnt a theory, it was me repeating something I thought you said.

I thought you meant that as scum I was playing badly on purpose to set up for some future game as scum, so I was like, that makes no sense

I was just trying to explain why me being the way I am and sticking to that alliance was a good thing for me overall as a player and In this game.

Since I am town, I know my death will lead to LYLO. I think town will probably win there anyway , but just in case it's not shad/death, I've gotta try to save myself.

My process there is accurate, I'm just counting which votes are in which direction and trying to see if we can come up with a plan to keep me alive and hopefully get the lynch onto scum

Basically that for various reasons you haven't really been involved in a lynch besides that MZero vote on Leo's day. It's not necessarily that you haven't looked like you had any thoughts, just that between modkills and MZero's claim and Han being a sure thing, there hasn't been much room for you to be deciding things, which could of course be a town thing but also is something scum might want to have an excuse for,

This game has been decided entirely by scan results since the moment I arrived.

day 2 - Han was scum, I had nothing to do
day 3 - we tried to things for 5 hours, I was seriously evaluating BCT, he left us
day 4 - was seriously going after corrik for hours, then mzero claimed his scan and, again, nothing to do
day 5 - corrik scanned mzero, nothing to do

NONE of the townies in this game have really had any effect on the results, besides the ones who gave us scans. (and the uh scum who gave us a scan) No one's decided things. Except the PoE decided by Chris which you can see I spoke with him about a lot, was always asking for opinions about, telling him what i agreed with, etc

I'd say I've had a fairly decent impact compared to anyone else, just because I did get pretty involved in some situations, and worked on the PoE.

so making the days about yourself with odd behavior makes you look like a very active presence.

whoa there pal, I didn't make them about myself - chris made them about me. He started his thing against me with the not-claiming, and then yeah, I had the alliance, but that wasn't an attempt to make anything about me - before the scan, it was my attempt to work with leo and therefore help town, and after the scan, it was just, like above, the day was decided anyway. and when it was brought back up yesterday and today, that's not me making it about me, that is you and others making it about me.

No, I don't know that because to me, the whole alliance business doesn't make sense unless you were fully committed to it and wanted to keep Leo alive. Anything short of that and it doesn't look like some sort of code of honour. That is why the alliance thing annoys me, it doesn't add up to me unless it's taken to a degree that doesn't belong in mafia for obvious reasons.

idk. you may be right. the more honorable thing to do may have been to say "look, leo, i said i wouldn't vote you today, and i will stick to my word on it. but i think you are scum, and the town should vote you." i didn't, and yes, that means i really toed the line on whether i was really sticking to the agreement to "trust and work with leo", but man, i did my best.

Keeping up a very strange act that allows you to justify not doing much to lynch scum while making the conversation about you day after day while you triple post about how honourable you are for using specific wording to be able to suggest one thing while technically having room to say you meant another seems like something only a dedicated criminal genius could pull off

like i DID do things to find scum. i helped try to solve BCT (and failed), then pushed corrik, was trying to lynch ashe for a few days, eventually removed death from my townlist (before chris did) and then sort of wondered about PoE including suspecting you for a while

i don't think the leo stuff takes away from the fact that I have consistently shown my progress on reads and who i thought was scum. it's in addition to all that, not taking away from it

you're caught up on the wording thing and it bothers me because, if i am town, you know i really did do absolutely everything i could to honor the alliance, and trying to discredit that just because i sometimes used wording to make sure i wasn't lying is... meh. if i'm town, at lest give me points for conviction in my beliefs, don't try to tell me those beliefs were just wordplay.
