That said, there are quite a lot of them in FF12 even discounting the hunts. There are all of the non-optional espers. There's the hunter's club (which is the three dudes by the beach not actually a hunt / clan thing). There's the Bazaar. There's random bullshit like the cockatrice conversations (unlocks a spell, IIRC). And I don't think the plot was minimal at all--it was just a really bad and boring plot, sure. Partly because there was too much of it and I had very little reason to care about any of the characters. As far as character uniqueness goes, that was another problem but eventually got solved in IZJS / The Zodiac Age remake. --- |

Before the S8 / Note8 they refused to move away from hardware nav buttons, and even worse, the back and recents were on the opposite sides compared to literally every other Android phone for the past several years. I actually miss the hardware buttons. At least for home. I am constantly accidentally hitting the home button while scrolling through pages these days. And I totally agree with your point about the reversal but it's a trivial seeing to flip them around. I will say though that the S6 had pretty mediocre hardware compared to flagship competition like Nexus 5. The S8 is snazzy but I never use mine (it was provided by my job and I only use it for work). I hate how slippery it is though. --- |

Keep in mind that while a lot of parents say that they're not splitting up because of the kid, that's just not really true in some cases. People will often marry each other without having discussions about children and as a result, differences in ideals on how to parent become issues. Like, for example, two people get married, one believes in spanking and the other is extremely against it. The one day the spanking parent just picks up the kid and spanks them. This kind of shit will drive an enormous wedge between the parents and drive them apart. Communication is key. You need to hammer this shit out now and not "when I'm done with my CS degree" --- |

Sometimes the compiler will detect something is "const" automatically but depending on options used and anyone who's ever had to debug some low level shit will tell you not to trust output from a computer that you can't read. If something is const, it should be explicitly const or else you can't reasonably expect the compiler to interpret it that way. Doesn't matter for most applications but does for kernels. --- |
