I will concede that OP3 is garbage aesthetically (obviously since they slapped it together for 2 episodes) but is by far the best song. I only watched Geass for the first time a few years ago and still remember my surprise at this new opening that came out of nowhere with two episodes left. It made sense given what had just happened in the show, but yeah. I'd never seen that happen before nor in any series I've watched since. Pretty neat. Any additional day it survives is gravy. Realistically none of the anime series I support will win based on the voting trends, but I'll save them anyways. Plus this is the first time I participate in this Save My so past winners have no bearing on me, though I'd be interested in seeing the final results of the first four series if they're kicking around somewhere. |
