The travel system is a bit odd and getting back to back combined encounters from the empire and field monsters then demons then another group of imperials can be annoying but it works. I'm up to chapter 6 now and I've enjoyed it quite a lot, though I do already see some of the things they wrote around because of cuts. :( God the imperials are horrible.
