Having children is making a copy of yourself so that you and your genes live forever. So it is natural to chose a partner who's genes are close enough to yourself(while taking in concern about what happens to the genes when you go to close of course). If you chose to make babies with someone too far away in the gene pool you are basically killing yourself forever. That is why I call it self hate.

Also most mix race people have issues with their identity. They always are confused where they fit in. They almost always feel not excepted by both races. Why would you do that to your children? You also wouldn't make on purpose a child with a birth defect.

If you aren't doing deadlifts at the squat rack where are you doing them?

My gym has 3 reg benches, 2 incline benche, 1 decline bench and then 2 open squat racks and 1 closed squat rack.

Is there just a section with barbells for deadlifts?

Somewhere on the ground where there is space. I used to go to one of the top bodybuilding gyms in my country and that had more barbells than racks, platforms and benches combined. They were in a vertical barbell holder. And if all the platforms where used I could always deadlift somewhere.

Think about it like this. Would i be able to change race at will? If Jews are a real race that would mean by converting to Judaism i would be considered a Jew and therefore I will be able to change my race whenever i want. I cant just call my Great Dane a Coton Du Tulear because of some social event and have it be biologically correct. Thats not how biology works.

That's what I was saying that these races are most of the time badly defined and confusing. Jews are a great example in this case since people use it for both the religious group and ethnicity of the Israelites. And if we talk about the Israelites they also get defined as a group under the Semitic speaking people who fall under the Caucasians. So which one of it really is the race like we use with animals.

But in the end that doesn't make that Jews are genetically very different human beings than Aboriginals with different bone structure and different hormone levels which ends in different behaviour and different mental and physical capabilities.

(Sub)species/race/ethnicity has nothing to do with skincolor, but with genetics. Like a different skeletal structure and differences in hormones. Just look at albino indians en albino africans and compare them to Europeans.

Its a religion. That simple. Its just that there has been so much discrimination against Jews throughout history that people assume they are a race.

For example most people would not think of Islam practitioners as a separate race (...probably not) but in this day and age with all the terror going on if asked "Do you think Muslims are a race?" many people would say yes.
