There is no incentive for rich countries to reduce emissions, as poor countries will take the blunt of climate change. Left alone, nobody will voluntarily not use the cheapest energy sources, at the lowest operating cost.

So by agreeing to the Treaty, they are engaging themselves and future governments to do something bad for their economies but good for the planet.

Got my second firstdate ever. A month after the other girl broke out with me.

Outside of 4k@60+, using GPUs at 8x or 16x makes no difference. So as long as you have 24 lanes it'll work.

Japanese rap is interesting since many kanjis can be pronounced the same. So it makes for a lot of double meanings.

Also end sentence pqrticles are skipped in Japanese while singing. Lyrics are more of a list of concepts and actions one after the other, not full sentences.

Unless you are super good, the best way to get the ball up is to hit it with a lot of momentum. So you want to continuously have guys from the back going up and hitting the ball up.

At the same time, the guys already up who don't have a clear shot at the ball need to go back, reload turbo and get up again. Also be kind of back if the opponent gets a counter and sends the ball into your field.

This is rotation: changing positions continuosly to optimize hitting the ball at high speed continously. There are kind of two rotations:

- When your team attacks: one carries the ball and is forward, the other one is on the midfield waiting for a center, the last one is on goal defending and/or waiting for a dead ball in the midfield. When the forward guy centers, or the other team defends, he gets back to his own goal and recharges turbo, the mid guy tries to keep the ball up, the backward guy mounts to midfield. Repeat until goal.

- When your team defends: one guy is on goal waiting for the next shot, another guy is up in midfield recharging turbo after having stopped the ball, third guy is going for the ball to try a counter. 1 -> 2 -> 3.

Naturally this is a broad picture, depends on individual skill. Some players can carry the team and thus you want them to be at top all the time, so they may do a half rotation with the guy midfield and keep the same guy back on goal (typically the worst of the team).

You need to feel your team to see how to rotate, but a good general tip: if you are always ballchasing, you are doing rotation wrong. You should be on top of the ball on 5-10 second bursts max, then go away to recharge/defend/get ready to shot a center.

I was stuck in Silver 3 last season, got bumped up to Gold 3 this one because in Gold it now just takes 2 matches to go up instead of 2.

Then I've been putting in the good work the past few weeks to get up. I know I can't carry a team, but I can do centering and support. Also I'm not that bad at rotations.
