They concluded he was a polite kid and left. didn't even ask him to open his door any more than a crack...where his pile of weapons was on the table. He even wrote in his nutty journal about it and how he though for sure he was caught then. When he refused to cooperate with the search, they just let him go saying that had no PC(probable cause)...it's hard to say the man deserved to die but they simply reaped the rewards of their actions that day.
And of course was never cuffed or patted down even though he was making threats, acting so crazy that the cops were called 3 times and he was apparently suicidal and had stolen a gun. --- It's not the end of the world, but we can see it from here. |
