Xenoblade 1 had a good atmosphere. Xenoblade X went with a goofy anime style in the soundtrack, and now Xenoblade 2 is going in that direction with the visuals. It's harder for me to tolerate this stuff now. It's fine when the game doesn't take itself seriously like Disgaea, but this game looks dead serious. A ton of tech startups are burning cash with no hope of becoming profitable, and there is enough venture capital cash sloshing around to pay the sky high rent in CA. That won't last forever. At some point, VCs will realize that not every tech startup is the next Salesforce and shouldn't be valued at 8x projected revenue. I used to work in that space and it was getting stupid out there. I blame the Fed.
