Edit: I wish they would just migrate the Shop Channel content to the Switch eShop server though.

From a business standpoint they should, I believe (or want to believe) Sony will eventually do that for the PS3 once the number of titles start to dwindle (PS3 PSN is mostly about Vita & PSN games now).

Still wondering how they will handle the PSP DLC & Games though, surprised how much they kept up support for it on PSN.

Plus the risk of other animals killing it(coyote's, foxes, raccoons) or injuring it. Or being hit by a car. I see no benefit to letting a cat go unsupervised outside to other areas.

We check the cats periodically to see if they have ever have any parasites, occasionally we find ticks and that is mostly it whenever tick season comes around. We never once had fleas, and spiders has never been a issue (yet). It's due to the environment we live in for the most part that keep a few pests away.

You're basically tending to a wild animal before it runs off on its own for a while in an environment you can't control. I'm sorry the driver that killed your cat was negligent, but far more negligent was letting the cat roam and expecting the world to cater to it. Keep your cats indoors unless you can accept that there will be a day they stop coming home.

I don't live out in the country (so no coyotes), and there is no real vicious dogs in the area. Personally I should've reported the negligence in general that had been going on in the neighborhood for years, we have been getting neighbors that just want to rev up their cars, and speed through on the main residential road, unfortunately this road has become very attractive for that.

The neighborhood for the most part is very pet friendly, there is almost always a neighbor with a cat or a dog.

Blunt trauma, typical of injuries from cars. Somebody moved the cat too off the street too due to how it was placed, I wish I could have gotten up early this morning & none of this would have happened.

I wonder if this happened to my cat. Found her broken on our doorstep. Vet says many bones broken. She must have dragged herself back to us when she got hit. Had to put her down.

That just gave me a very depressing image, I'm sorry to read that.

Stop, and no I was not blaming the cat's intelligence because I thought previously the cat knew better because he reacted a number a times to run the other direction whenever a car passed by (no he was not crossing the street at the time). I don't find his point correct at all, I don't have full control of the situation of what my family does with the cats & I certainly can't control how much people speed in the neighborhood, the only thing I did was file a complaint to the mayor's office to get people actually to obey the speed limit on the main residential road because we had people breaking that law for the past few years now.

I hear ya. I know you can't control your family. I would just try to mitigate future pets and not take any more in since you cannot get your family to have them inside. It's not fair to you, your family, or the pet.

Likely when I get my own place (which is soon I think), my future cats are staying indoors. Can't trust people nowadays, I heard of the stories of what people do to cats and other animals on the road even when there is no traffic. I always consider that a first sign that person is probably sociopathic, and with the way they're teaching people these days I'm not surprised anymore.
