I actually didn't see it coming. I knew all the other leaders had legendaries but I didn't put two and two together. When Giovanni had one Pokemon left I assumed it was a Persian lol. You can imagine my surprise when it turned out to be fucking Mewtwo. And then we he mega evolved, that blew me away even more. I actually lost the first time fighting him, can't remember that happening to me since I was like 7 years old playing RBY.
First time I've ever been actually legitimately challenged in the single player of a Pokemon game my entire life.

I'm really glad to see Giovanni actually be competent for once. Dude is a fucking boss.

The thing that bothers me the most about Chi Chi is how they pretty much forced her into this shallow trope one-joke personality about not wanting her sons to fight, out of nowhere starting at DBZ.
Prior to that she was a fighter herself. Hell she even randomly spars with Goten in the Buu Saga, which is completely at odds with the gimmick they slapped onto her for the entire series up until then.

There was never any explanation AFAIK for her to go from feisty tomboy warrior princess in Dragon Ball to OH GOD YOU HAVE TO DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND BECOME A BUSINESSMAN in DBZ onward.

Dogs are traditionally very active, needing access to outdoors and require greater maintenance overall while offering a more dynamic companionship. Meanwhile cats are usually enjoyed for their lack of maintenance and subtle personalities, and are better suited for a quiet life inside a home.
Obviously there are plenty of exceptions, but overall there isn't a ton of crossover between people that both enjoy big active projects in the outdoors and quiet, easygoing time spent indoors. Also as an inb4, I did say it was a generalization; there's lazy dogs and loyal cats.

Dunno why you got so ridiculously defensive about it. I guess you're a cat person? Lol.

I had all my wisdom teeth impacted, PLUS I had two molars in front of the bottom ones partially impacted and kind of sideways.

That was all when I was like 17 though. I had to be undergo full anaesthesia for the surgery. I was sidelined for two weeks after that. It suuuuucked.

(I know you asked if anyone had them as an adult, but still felt like sharing my experience)

haven't played it yet but I want to despite the mediocre reviews (and them removing jontron). I feel like it's exactly like the Banjo games and reviewers didn't like that for whatever reason

Yooka Laylee is decent. I was insanely excited for it and I do like it, but it VERY obviously feels like an indie game made without a big budget/producer like Nintendo looking over it to make sure it's high quality.

To be honest, it does capture the feel of the series perfectly, but as a whole it really just feels like a Banjo Kazooie game that's being held together with duct tape and rubber bands.

If you're a huge fan of original Rareware, you'll enjoy it, but probably not love it. For everyone else, I can def see why it got such average reviews.

You could just remove the joy cons and put them in a side pocket.

I considered that once but I usually have my phone in my other pocket, so no room for joy-cons.

As long as I'm not doing anything super active, I don't have much trouble getting it to stay in my pockets, with joy-cons and all. Though I need to get new jeans because my main pair ripped today D: Hopefully I can find good new ones that have roomy pockets like my old ones.
