Update: I got the dude in The Hole to pay for the honour of taking my character's virginity. I see the restoration project I installed also added in a quest that was cut, as I am now helping Mom open an orphanage in The Den.

Just fyi, those little jerks steal from you when you walk past them. They'll take it to the nearest shopkeeper and fence it, or it'll be in their inventory. Lost a good gun that way and for the life of me couldn't figure out how, well until after the fact. The restored content mod makes it to where after you finish that quest, they no longer steal your stuff, which is handy.

doesn't it require games for windows live for verification which is now defunct?

Any version from an online distributor has GFWL stripped out. Physical copies would still have it, but like I4NRulez said, there's mods to remove it.

And yes, Fallout 3 is worth getting. Tons and tons of mods for Fallout 3, and I thought the actual world was much more interesting to explore than NV.

So, Ninja Gaiden 2004 vs Ninja Gaiden Black. Which one is better? Black has more content and better camera controls. 2004 has a more sensible difficulty level, unlike Black where the choices are asininely hard and Ninja Dog.

Oh, and the Ultimate Technique systems are pretty different.

They're both worth owning imo. Lots of little differences between the two. In NG, there's the NES versions of NG1, 2, and 3, some extra costumes, and we recently figured out how to play the online hurricane packs if you soft mod your Xbox.

NGB has mission mode, extra difficulties with different enemy placements, some extra costumes, and the arcade version of NG.

I'd probably prefer Black just for the harder difficulties and enemy placement, but you really can't go wrong with either.

Your build looks fine. Personally, I'd probably tag energy weapons instead of lockpicking, just because lockpicking isn't terribly useful (and you can save scum). You're really only stuck with melee weapons until the first town, at which point you can get a pipe rifle and 10mm pistol, and then you never have to use melee again. There's also like 20 or 30 free points that you can get super early, which makes melee viable even with low skill.

I don't know if it's a product of the mod I'm using, but right click cycles through the context menus (walking, examining, shooting, etc.), but when right-clicking on the current weapon in the hotbar at the bottom of the screen, it cycles between free-aim (basically center of mass shooting), VATS (targeting, allowing to attack specific body parts for extra damage/disable enemies), and reloading.

That's the standard controls, getting used to how that works makes things so much easier

You can also hold left click on certain things to bring up a context menu (like on characters and items). Get in the habit of doing this on weapons you pick up (from your inventory), and select the drop magazine option before you sell it. It doesn't change the sell price of the gun and ammo is very good to barter with.

I think the idea is great. If people know what others are making, then they have some leverage when it comes to negotiating pay or raises. There's a reason why a lot of employers try to discourage it: they'd rather pay their employees as little as possible, and that's much easier when workers don't know exactly what their peers are making.

Has zero chance of passing. This is just a show to say, "We tried to do something and the evil Republicans didn't want to help us". If they were serious about wanting to reduce gun deaths, they'd go to an actual source of the gun deaths: gangs, suicides, and mentally unstable people that need actual help. Yet, they focus on the law-abiding everyman not being able to purchase military style rifles, which only account for around 3% of total gun deaths. This is a pure spectacle, completely unfounded in reality, that misses the entire point.

only cops should be allowed to have guns

This isn't an argument, no matter how many times you repeat it.

How do you get rid of guns already in circulation? Are you willing to shed American blood to take those guns? Do you think military personnel , who generally are pro-2nd amendment, would be willing to deploy on American soil and forcibly take citizens guns? Are you willing to have another Civil War to take those guns, because it would be a strong possibility that would happen? How effective do you think people who don't want anyone owning guns, versus people that do own guns, would be in that war? Can you explain exactly how disarming citizens, who already follow laws, makes them safer?

I'm actually very open to hearing what should be done, but I've yet to hear an actual argument with actual substance. People and pundits just keep repeating buzz words, and it doesn't help that people for gun control generally start from a disingenuous position that typically conflates terminology and issues.

-What specifically should be done to curb shootings?
-What specifically would you ban or make harder to get?
-What specifically should be done about mental health issues?

But would that mean opening up a separate investigation or are you saying that it's a broad enough investigation to pretty much grab anything from parking tickets to high treason?

Forgive me if I'm being dense.

It's board enough that he can prosecute anything that he comes across in his investigation, if he so chooses. I doubt you'll see him go after parking tickets, but more along the line of white collar crimes.

As much as I would like to see this come back to bite Trump, there's just not enough there at this point in time. Look at the charges. "Lying to a federal investigator". What does that have to do with Trump and Russia? Nothing.

You'd have to be able to specifically prove that Trump knew about Papadopoulos trying set up meeting with Russia, but even then, so what? There'd have to be something more substantial such as willful acts of deception or conspiracy with foreign governments in order to influence the election. I mean, getting this stuff pinned to Trump in anyway shape or form, is a long way off, and you're being intellectually dishonest if you think otherwise.

I like how players kneeling is just them expressing their right to protest but anyone who doesn't agree with it and protests is being a snowflake.

I mean, the refs are hired to do a job, and they're literally refusing to do it because they don't agree with someone kneeling. People don't have to agree with it, but if one makes a contract with someone agreeing to do a job for compensation, but then one suddenly refuses to do that job because of something so innocuous as dumb high-schoolers copying what they see, then that says a lot about oneself.

No one cares about the refs opinion. Do the job you were paid to do, or find a different job. If a school allows players to kneel, then that's their prerogative. It's not the refs decision to make.
