I agree completely. But, without seeing the reasoning from the judges, I would guess that news sources are focusing on the "legal dog" part for headlines when I would think the ambiguity comes from the start of the sentence i.e. "if y'all think I did it".

I read a little into this. Louisiana has a law that says you can't ambiguously ask for a lawyer. Like, you can't say "I don't like where this is heading. Maybe I need a lawyer."

I've had PS Vue for over a year. I can't really speak to the sports package because I really only watch a little bit of football, but it does seem to have several ESPNs and such. I got it because of the ability to watch it on more than one device at a time and they were the only one at the time with a DVR-esque ability. Their Roku app which I have on my new TV strangely doesn't have the TV guide. You have to search for shows or pick one of the ones you've marked as "My Shows" (which is how you DVR them to begin with).
