| NightMarishPie 01/01/18 7:27:14 PM #1 | I recently noticed this around last January, (was still in college) but it just occurred to me a few weeks ago that I am literally always tired. I don't drink a lot of coffee, and when I go into work some days I'll drink like a cup or two and could immediately fall asleep still. I take a preworkout before exercising and at any given point during my sets, I could, in all honestly, lay down on the flow and fall asleep. I feel like I eat a good diet: chicken, beef, rice, veges, oatmeal, etc, I get 7-8.5 hours of sleep every night, I only drink at most once a week, yet I'm always tired. I thought maybe I was missing some vitamins so I started taking vitamin D, B12 and iron but that's only been a few days so no conclusive evidence yet.
