yeah i was thinking about this on the drive home

steps to invoke a lawyering:

1) Save Early
2) No one notices before the last save

so when something like this happens right at the rush you just get screwed, but i don't know a better way to do it, aside from just taking a less hardline stance and doing everything case by case. in which case someone is totally going to claim favoritism one way or the other in the future when someone does/doesn't get banned
