It is referring to two different stories. The Stahl rape joke and the masturbation machine.

He made a public apology regarding them both. When he wrote his book, he said his apology was fake, and he just did it so he could win the seat. Thus, he was not really sorry.

I only posted that because it kind of puts a bit of shade on his apology to the woman here and questions the sincerity of it.

That said, the entire thing is overblown imo.

that makes sense. this might sound strange, but over time i've decided to view people as having shrodinger's intentions.

when someone does something good, you can never know whether it was out of the goodness of their heart or simply because they wanted praise. if they do something bad, you can never prove 100% that it was an accident. in this case, there is zero way of knowing if the apology is heartfelt or machiavellian.

Slayer mode is the best, especially on Tidus, who unlocks more overdrives by performing overdrives

As an odd question regarding that mode. Does it count if they die due to petrification? I ask because Wakka has it and since he oneshots a lot of things I'm curious if it even counts because of Stonetouch.

Aeons' stats get stronger as Yuna does. It isn't really worth boosting their attributes manually. Abilities are better, but only do the ones you really need, as the items can be rare at this point in the game. And don't forget that they heal off of their own element.

*Note on the nomination from Trails the 3rd: This song is a normal battle theme, but it only plays as the normal battle theme in specific dungeons. (Or perhaps at certain points in the story? Not sure if I ever tested encounters from earlier areas.) Seems like that's fine based on your description, but I figured I would clarify.
