West Virginia Coal Miner, Josh Stowers gave a rendition of the "National Anthem" before going UNDERGROUND as he said there was no KNEELING before he sung for his co-workers as they stood with their hands crossed!!

The video was captured by his co-worker Shane Wriston who said the men stood with their hands over hteir hearts and holding heavy equipment as they said prayers before going to dig coal.

He works for Mammoth Coal in Kanawha County and got a "standing ovation" by his fellow miners and uploaded the video to his facebook with the subtitle "There is no kneeling in this bath house"

He was referring to the NFL protests where players knelt during the national anthem against police brutality and institutional racism.

Josh says "We have daily safety meetings before every shift before these guys go underground and we appreciae Josh volunteering to sing after the meeting"

But since the video has gone viral with positive reactions from "patriotic americans" who complimented on his vocals, he is now trying to RAISE MONEY to record an album of his covers which he hopes to gain him enough notice to start a career in music

He wrote "After overwhelming support to further my music, i have decided that i want to be able to record my covers for people to hear me. I want to be able to do this for my family and everyone else who believes in me".

So far he has received no money for his 2500 goal on Gofundme

It said "We believe in and support 100% in the following: OUR President, Always Standing for the National Anthem, repealing Obama Care..."

Then it went on to praise God, the Bill of Rights, the US Armed Forces and drug screening for welfare recipients

Then it said it did not support "those that DON'T respect our President, Armed Forces and First Responders, kneeling for the national anthem, Antifa, fake news, global warming and late night hosts getting political"

It finished off with "If you like this post, please share it with 5 friends and we look forward for your next visit! if you disagree with this post, please share it with 100 friends and we won't be expecting you anytime soon"

No surprise it had a furious backlash receiving "angry phone calls" with staff who quit on the spot.

Ron Sanchez, whose daughter worked there said people even threatened to burn the restaurant down with the owners in it!!

The owner told ABC news "It's a crazy world we're in"...

Last week it said on the door "We have made a decision to close our doors indefinitely as of today, Monday, October 9, 2017. The safety of our employees and our families is of great concern and is our #1 priority at this time. We would also like to extend a special thanks to our Military and first responders, Thank you all and God Bless"

Ericka Ayup, a regular there said she respected their decision to speak up and said it was "smart" of them to do what they did from a business aspect since they are around a big University which was more "liberal and young".

23 y/o Aaron Lawson from Ohio, an avid HUNTER and ex-BABYSITTER of an 8 y/o boy had gone off the rocks when he murdered his entire family AND the boy he babysat!!

Police finally captured the freak after 2 days on the run when they found him out of breath in the woods...

8 y/o Devin Holston, 28 y/o Stacey Jackson, 50 y/o Donald McGuire and 43 y/o Tammie McGuire, all whom were related were found shot dead in the home while a 5th victim had stab wounds in their neck and head ran from the scene to get help..Devin's body was found "hidden" elsewhere in the trailer home

Aaron is an outdoorsman and avid hunter who liked being in the woods but Sheriff Jeffrey Lawless said "I think he was just plumb worn out from being out in the elements" after police found him..

A neighbor said that Aaron would occassionally babysit Devin and his brother which means he was a family friend for theirs as well.

The Dept of Justice already sided with a Christian Baker in Colorado who refused to make a gay couple wedding cakes because their marriage runs counter to his religious beliefs

Jack Phillips, the owner of Masterpiece Cakeship in Denver said his religious beliefs were being violated when 2 men asked to make a cake for them..Now Jeff told Christian Broadcasting Network that the freedom to avoid participating in events violates one religion is a "fundamental right. Too often have we ignored what the Constitution actually says. it says Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion nor prohibiting the free exercise thereof. So the question is, the cake baker has more than just personal view here. He has a religious view and he feels that he is not being able to freely exercise his religion, by being required to participate in a ceremony in some fahion that he does not believe in"

The Supreme Court will hear the case this fall as Jack is challenging a Colorado law that held him liable for turning away Charlrie Craig and David Mullins who wanted a cake for their 2012 wedding. Phillips refused because his Christian Faith opposes gay marriages.

The Trump Administration will make a "strong plea" to the courts to side with him and to allow Christians to bake for "whomever they want and refuse to whomever they want"

Colorado sided with the gay couple despite them finding another bakery to fill their order but Colorado states that no business may turn away gay couples.

The ACLU is representing the men and say that this is nothing short of a constitutional right to discriminate.

This case is similar to California Baker, Cathy Miller who faced boycotts after she refused to bake for gay couples at Tastries Bakery..

She said her Christians beliefs prohibit her for making cakes at gay weddings which has been a policy for 5 years with no issue..but following a cake tasting event, that's when she refused a gay couple and referred them to Gimme Some Sugar Cakes, their competitor.

Cathy says "Me and my husband and i are Christians and we know that God created everyone and he created everyone equal. So it's not that we don't like people of certain groups of people There's just certain things that violate my conscience. We work for him. If i fulfill this order, i believe God will NOT let me into HEAVEN when i die"

This case is similar to California Baker, Cathy Miller who faced boycotts after she refused to bake for gay couples at Tastries Bakery.

She said her Christians beliefs prohibit her for making cakes at gay weddings which has been a policy for 5 years with no issue..but following a cake tasting event, that's when she refused a gay couple and referred them to Gimme Some Sugar Cakes, their competitor.

Cathy says "Me and my husband and i are Christians and we know that God created everyone and he created everyone equal. So it's not that we don't like people of certain groups of people There's just certain things that violate my conscience. We work for him. If i fulfill this order, i believe God will NOT let me into HEAVEN when i die"

Fire Commissioner Eric Jones said "There is zero tolerance for discriminatory behaviour inside the Detroit Fire Department".

They releaesd a statement that said that a trial firefighter who was on probation was let go for unsatisfactory work behaviour and deemend offensive and racially offensive and the best course of action was to terminate his employment as a probationary employee.

Officials at the San Antonio School District voted 5-2 to rename Robert E Lee High School to LEE High School because the former name ties to Confederate General Robert E Lee..and it appears "nobody" is satisfied with the change.

For many that pushed for the change, including one trustee, the new name doesn't change much but for others to keep the name the same since it opened in 1958, they are OUTRAGED!

President Shannon Grona says the name is a compromise that retains the school's history and lessens the expensive process of renaming and rebranding the school..she said "Depending on the new name, the cost to the District could be extensive. The marquee, signs around campus, the end zone, all of the athletic uniforms, dance, cheer and band uniforms. As a trustee, our responsibility to be fiscially responsible. We can minimize the number of things that need to be changed at the school"

The sole black member however who voted against the change said "I just think we're trying to put the lipstick on a pig if you're gonna still have the acronym LEE". He's been battling for years to repackage the civil war leader for a more "palatable" figure and removing the confederate battle flag from uniforms and the band's renditions of the song Dixie during football games.

The school's mascot which is an ugly caricature of Robert E Lee and a statue of Robert E Lee stands on campus.

People online as expected went to MOCK the slight name change and students even CRIED when they heard of the news.

Journalist Ariana Lubelli said that students were SOBBING uncontrollably over the name change and a video showed the girls sobbing next to her who said that people wore the name "proud" on their shirts because they believe in the confederacy and that the south was "great"

The change was started by 19 y/o Gianno Gomez who started a petition following the Charlottesville, Virginia protest where 1 woman was killed by a white supremacist.

26 y/o aspiring Model, Christina Marie Carroll went in sobbing and turned herself into the police station after she caused a HIT AND RUN that killed a handicapped man in a motorized wheelchair in Alabama!!

She is being charged with a felony after fleeing the scene of an accident causing death and has been remanded on 2500 bail.

It's not clear if she was drunk or was impaired that night before getting behind the wheel.

It happened on Friday at 8:20pm when she struck and killed 57 y/o Kevin Allan Doherty. Kevin was known to travel to local businesses using his wheelchair. He suffered life threatening injuries and was flown to Huntsville Hospital and died a short time later.

The public was responsible for busting this black widow after they tracked her down before she finally turned herself in sobbing.

26 y/o aspiring Model, Christina Marie Carroll went in sobbing and turned herself into the police station after she caused a HIT AND RUN that killed a handicapped man in a motorized wheelchair in Alabama!!

She is being charged with a felony after fleeing the scene of an accident causing death and has been remanded on 2500 bail.

It's not clear if she was drunk or was impaired that night before getting behind the wheel.

It happened on Friday at 8:20pm when she struck and killed 57 y/o Kevin Allan Doherty. Kevin was known to travel to local businesses using his wheelchair. He suffered life threatening injuries and was flown to Huntsville Hospital and died a short time later.

The public was responsible for busting this black widow after they tracked her down before she finally turned herself in sobbing.

17 y/o Jerk, Colter Danny Peterson plead guilty Tuesday to shooting a 14 y/o girl in the head because "he got annoyed that she messaged him on Snapchat"!!

He plead guilt to first degree felony aggravated attempted murder for shooting Deserae Turner who nearly died after being shot and left in a ditch in the small Utah town of Smithfield

He also plead guilty to a reduced second degree felony count of robbery

Deserae sat with her parents as the judge read the plea and listed the girl's injuries.

He shot her on Feb. 16th and ordered he and another, 16 y/o Jayzen Decker to be tried as adults..

The bullet and several fragments are still lodged in her brain and suffers partial blindness and paralysis on the left side of her body.

Jayzen didn't actually shoot Deserae but he was the one who concoted the idea of carrying out the plan to kill her and called upon Colter to do it. Judge Angela Fonnesbeck said "He may not have pulled the trigger himself, but he did take a deliberate and specific action to ensure the crime would be committed"

Colter will be sentenced in February and will also testify AGAINST Jayzen as well.

The charge carries a maximum penalty of 15 years to life but the judge can reduced it to 6 to life or 10 to life..

Deserae doesn't want to talk about her injuries but is happy to be alive and that she's "tougher than a bullet" as she likes to ride horses and practice karate.

The crime shocked the small community and to hear that 2 teenage boys concocted the murder while playing VIDEO GAMES and their desire to get rid of a girl who was texting one of them..They were on XBOX Live discussing their murderous plan..

Apparently one of the girls had feelings for one of them and he was getting sick of it and said "it would be pretty easy to get rid of her. Let's get this done bro"

Deserae said she considered these guys to be her friends and was left in utter disbelief when she awoke to learn they shot her and left her to die...
