Called LG they said sorry warranty is up by like a month so went to cell phone place to try and fix. No luck there and seen the bootloop issue online and people were getting their out of warranty phones fixed. Called LG back and they said okay send it in now.. so I did. Waited 2 weeks and heard nothing back so I had to call them to see what the status is. Got the run around back and forth a little then finally was told no repair will be done because it was already opened. ( But I did 100% tell them that before sending it in because I knew this would come up ). They sent it back and I sold it for parts on ebay and explained my story as well to the buyer. The buyer messaged me later saying they are going to try and send it in and see what happens. Like a month later I got a message saying LG fixed the phone.. wtf.. ya so I won't buy any LG phones again because of that but I would still buy one of their TVs if on a big sale or something. |

I think it had a defect on the board and they wouldn't do anything about it so I told them to go get F'ed. My friend got the G5 and hated it as well. LG phones are junk. |
