How long is the incubation period?

Months. Last I knew it was 6 months but apparently the technology has improved and can detect within 3 months now. According to another poster in this topic.

Nearly every time there is an active shooter situation, conservatives say "Well if only someone there had had a gun, he/she could have prevented this killer from doing damage." The whole "the only thing that beats a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun" line. This guy is saying that CLEARLY won't work and is a bad argument for why people should be allowed to carry.

In this particular instance it wasn't possible because the shooter was in a nested position 30 stories up at night.

No fucking shit they couldn't have done anything in this one instance. But maybe if the church goers who got shot by Dylan Roofe were carrying they wouldn't have been massacred.
