I feel literally uncomfortable listening to this track. It's like someone is mocking me and all my failures. Remember the mirror? I'm staring at it again now. I don't like what I'm seeing, and neither does this song. While I can generally commend a track that manages to insult me so personally, in this case I also must note that I feel like the thing's too scattershot for its own good. I get that that's maybe the point, contextually, but it never seems to come together and all I'm left with is my own crying reflection. Does that ever happen to you?

I love all those fights! But I'm generally a bigger fan of the big climactic all-inclusive showdown battles than one-on-one duels. Setsuna's solos are generally terrific though but I really wanted to nudge that 08th MS Team legendary entry in there and didn't want to take up any further spaces just on 00, haha.

I'm watching Dragon Ball, Monster, and Mobile Suit Gundam! MSG is a rewatch, but I'm gonna do a weird niche thing I've seen mentioned before and hop over to Movie #3 after episode 30 rather than watching episodes 31-43, since it's got tons of new animation for the final quarter of the show. I'm also watching The Crown and weekly episodes of Star Trek: Discovery. I'm reading The Witcher novels and The Wheel of Time.

I recently watched Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works and I loved it!

Leon's playing the various first-year Final Fantasy 15 DLC and rewatching Frasier. He's blitzing through various other anime gigs all through the night.
