I wouldn't consider myself strong at all and I could do this ball thing he's doing a few times, most likely. I say most likely because I've only ever trained with a barbell and I don't know if the ball is tougher. But still, this is just a casual training routine for a guy that big. He's nowhere near maxed out in that vid.

Yea I mean they are on another level (post a video of them tugging planes with a harness on their back). However i can do 3-6 reps of what that guy did with a 100 lb medicine ball. I can pick my girlfriend off the ground pretty easily and she is 120 lbs.

Obviously a little of both. But mostly nature. Testosterone makes men more lilely to take risks, more likely to do dangerous things, of course it also makes men stronger and sturdier...more likely to survive said risks. This has always been the cae and will alwayd be the case.

Just as women are valuable simply for being women (and able to birth children) men are only valuable for what they can do. Now you can say that that's societal but it is society following biology. What society has stopped doing is making sure to value men. Men need responsibilities, they need respect, they need to feel like they have power even if it is only within their own tiny circle. We used to have a society that afforded all men a certain level of respect, thats gone. We used to have a society that basically made sure near everyone was married (2 birds with 1 stone you give a man sex and responsibility over his family), now thats gone.

The most important thing is you used to have people connected to a community. Where you and your family were being judged all the time and everyone knew people and had expectations of each other. Now you have soo many people alone with their computers and their own thoughts...its dangerous.

Then I discovered GDAX I have a stop loss order placed where if bitcoin drops 15% it will automatically sell my whole position.

I do believe in bitcoin long term but I have to protect my 10,000 investment which is now worth 15,000. If I sell as it loses value I'll just wait to buy back in when I see things stabilize.

Well, the higher the value of the coin gets, the more foolish it is to invest IMO. So yeah, it's bad for people who got in late but those guys were never gonna make out like the early investors.

Which is why I have a hard time investing in any of it. I'd like to find a few low valued coins that I can buy a good amount of, and not be too bad off if that coin did tank.

I am not an alcoholic but I love to drink...like a lot. Most nights I crave a few shots but have enough discipline to have a glass of wine with my dinner.
