Go to your Mass Effect save file folder, right click on it > "properties" > "Security" the "Authenticated Users" should have every right short of "Full control" and "Special permissions" "System" and "Administrator" should have every right included "Full control" and you normal account should have "Read & execute", "List folder contents" and "Read" permission.

Conflict is humanities defining characteristic. Globally (and collectively) we have had war more than peace. I honestly don't think we would know what to do with ourselves if we did have world peace.
