He's probably not wrong. The fact that ESPN calls Judge "the face of baseball" is a good indicator, since Trout is still the best player in the world and no one cares. And I love Judge, but still.

You know I find it tiresome to complain about baseball announcers because they're all so bad but the national bias to the Yankees is so terrible. The fact that Aaron Boone would say "what a season it's been for Chad Green" is just an egregious example. Like, I'm sure he's fine, but he's a middle reliever! The fact that he has an opinion at all on the guy proves the undue attention he gives to NYY

Emily's weird portrait turned me off from her. If I had any complaint for that game, it's that the portraits don't do the characters any favors.

Fun fact: Emily and Shane were not originally marriage options and got added in later. I always forget you can marry her. She's pretty weird in general anyway. I married Abigail btw.

I think the portraits have nice personality but I see your point, especially with Emily's. Please remember that American hero ConcernedApe did all of that stuff entirely by himself though.

We had this conversation at work once and only two of the guys admitted (me and one other) that they'd suck a dick for a million dollars. A million dollars.

We got to that conversation eventually too. Of the four of us, he was the only one to still say no to a million bucks. And I would do it for waaaay less than that. I don't know what my cutoff would be. I guess it would come down how likely I think I am to get a disease from the specific sucked dick and how much I needed money at the moment.

I did point out his name. The reason it came up was because a new guy at work (wasn't around for this) has a ton of tattoos and people think they're prison tats, so we were discussing federal prison and I said I'd definitely be someone's bitch if I had to to survive.

Or maybe he will choose a handsome young man, which is also fine. At work today a guy said he would rather die than blow a guy and I was like come on man... Think of how many years and moments after the blowing you would have that you're missing out on because you're uncomfortable with gay stuff. He couldn't be moved on the issue. Also his name is BJ.

Of course the Rams are good now. Literally all they had to do was replace Jeff Fisher.

I think in general teams have gotten pretty good at that very first pick at least, but you can only do so much because as we all know guys flame out all the time for any reason. But the fact that the Nats got Strasburg and Harper back to back from tanking is just insane. Neither one is the absolute best player in the world or anything but they are both great and were the two biggest draft prospects of the decade, and aside from maybe Griffey Jr. they're like the two biggest ever.

There's always a few guys. Correa and Buxton went back to back at the top one year. But no the Cards wouldn't tank to go from like 15 to 14 or whatever it's gonna be.

Man why would I even bother watching the last Cards game when they put out a lineup with literally zero legit starters in it? If you don't make the playoffs you should use a real lineup assholes

The Galaxy games own. I prefer 2 because it's much harder and has Yoshi in it but they're both great.

It for sure has that vibe but it's like a legit story driven RPG. I didn't mention Stardew because I'm sure I sound like a broken record on that one by now.

The St. Louis boys both got Golf Story. It is, as I said the other night, very cute and fun.

I can't yet properly rate ALttP but as I've said before I like every 3D Zelda better than every 2D Zelda I've played. I think all the 3D ones are so good you could basically make a case for any of them as the best, although BotW is pretty much the best game ever made so maybe that Twilight Princess case for the top spot isn't as strong as it once was.

My least favorite Zelda is easily the Minish Cap. It's still not bad but comparatively it's very forgettable. I'd take either of the maligned DS games over it.

I played the HD remix too and I was very put off by what a button masher it is. I will say that while the story is of course absolute nonsense, the rivalry between Sora and Riku works pretty well. Even if they're both total goobers.

Kingdom Hearts extremely does not hold up.

As I said to my brother last night, after all our fretting the secret to getting an SNES classic was just going somewhere and sitting down.

No it came out today.

We got there earlier than we needed to, but like I said waiting wasn't bad because it was indoors and everyone was super excited and in a good mood. Also they were turning people away by like 10 so it was better to get there too early than too late.
