| Anony1125 10/27/17 12:29:43 PM #13 | I bike ~30 min uphill ~5 times a week and run a fair amount. I guess what I'm wondering is, how much is that affecting me? If I do focus on eating more and lifting weights but continue to do that, will I still be able to bulk up the way I want to? I don't know, from my (relatively limited) experience with working out with others, I feel like it's more difficult for me to gain muscle. It's frustrating to feel like you're working harder than anybody else and it's not accomplishing anything. --- Feeling really good. |

I wanted to bulk up some, but instead I'm losing weight. I'm down below 140 ffs. I know there are some people here who know a fair amount about this kind of thing.
