And Basic cardio does wonders even just walking. Also stand as much as you can Even just standing helps alot. Sounds silly but it helps first few days suck but doing so just releases bad toxins and it gets better

It was definitely a really cool experience. And I am proud of how I did. My first game soloing as scum My second game roleblocking and leading the kill on towns only kill. My finals I named very scum but others just were alot more vocal and the prs also drove the game home in 2 days. No one asked me but I think an Ulti lynch might yield the most I dont think its fair to say objective info, but it would arguably yield the most leads. His very quick stress test on BCT could definitely be a scum-scum preemptive strike before we do the same ol BCT omgus routine we always do every game. When you couple this being the first thing Ulti did with BCTs unprecedentedly calm response, yeah, it stands out to me. If BCT is town and has actually changed I think the positive growth deserves recognition, but Id like to hope BCT could forgive a little healthy skepticism. Oh I actually kind of like this take hence why I mentioned it earlier when talking about Ulti.
