I made a tomato sauce using heirloom tomatoes. I then started cooking my pasta. When it was almost done cooking, I put in the pan that had my tomato sauce in it. Then I added 3 tablespoons of mascarpone cheese in it, added some of the pasta water and mixed everything together. It was amazing.
