I think the timeline is the reason I hate fan theories so much. People play the games expecting it them to have some relevance to the other games, but there's next to no references to any of them (unless they're direct sequels.

And then they'll release some basic statements about where the game stands in the timeline later on, when it's clearly just stuff they're pulling out of their ass to appease the fans.

I think the issue is that romance movies tend to have really cliche and predictable plots. Gets kind of old, when there's so many of them releasing every year. With action movies, if the plot is really predictable, you can at least turn your brain off while all of the cool special effects dazzle you for an hour or two. But with romance, the plot is the only draw, so it really needs to be a standout.

That's why they benefit more to be on Hallmark and Lifetime and stuff like that.

I still have my PS1, PS2, and Gamecube games. Mostly RPGs too. I guess some of the rarer ones would be Skies of Arcadia Legends and Gotaroo Man.

Definitely. ARR's soundtrack was really underwhelming and was initially the biggest thing I disliked about the game.

But by Endwalker, it's a toss-up on if Soken is better than Uematsu for me.

Yeah, my PS3. I had been using standard on it for a while, and when my dad got me an HDMI cable and was plugging it in from the back of the TV. After the image came up, he was like "is it on?", and I just stared at the screen. The main menu alone made my jaw drop.

A week or two ago watching One Piece.

Full on sobbing was last month when we had to put the cat to sleep.

Yeah, most of the popular manga is shonen, and those feel all the same with each other moreso than DC/Marvel are.

That's pretty much it. The amount of imprints and ongoing storylines has a more daunting barrier of entry. You also get more bang for your buck with manga as opposed to comics.

Anchorman is great and influenced how comedies were made and performed for the next decade.

Step Brothers goes too far into acting like manchildren to the point that it gets on my nerves. I feel like a lot of scenes would have worked better if they were actually played by kids.

WW is not a bad game by any means, but the fact that most of the time is spent in empty ocean keeps it as average among Zelda games tbh

Exploration is a big deal for me in Zelda games, and that's why I loved WW. There was more to find in the ocean and was more rewarding to explore than all of OoT.

He showed up unannounced the Monday after WM and changed the entire script, mainly because he was still in the area for the show. Since then, he's basically just giving suggestions via emails that they may or not go with.

Pretty much all of LucasArts adventure games are clever enough to have a show or movie.

Both are good, but I'd get a Switch. The PS5 library is fine, but Switch's lineup dwarfs it.
