Biggest concert I've ever been to was a Reba show way back in the day when I was a kid.

As an adult though I prefer smaller shows. Nothing is worse than getting shitty tickets to a huge act and watching them like ants on the stage.

Taylor swift came to my super tiny town for our 4th of july festival before she was famous so that's cool in hindsight.

Also went to X-fest in Dayton when they had a bunch of big rock bands. That's literally the only concert I've ever been to.

They built a private race track for the wealthy just south of me like 10 years back so yes to all. 50k to join and 30k a year membership and you can take your supercar there anytime.

Before that I'd still see vettes constantly cause like... they're literally everywhere and always have been. Its the "I can't afford an actual supercar and also have no imagination or originality" go to for people who have money for a new vette.

In Canada you can get a brand new z06 with entry level trim for practically the same as a brand new gtr. Imagine choosing the vette. Loke cmon

What? Which gen zo6 though? The c8 and c7 zo6 are better than the gtr and way faster

I drive a Corvette so I see one a day, but I don't drive around too much but I see l other exotics on occasion which I guess is more then average. Corvettes are obviously more common but not too many hellcats in my area.

the one i work at is long term abd basically a slightly nicer jail. patients cant go outside without permission kind of thing. we try to keep them constantly busy with activities or else they start acting up. staffing is a constant problem because these patients really act up and get violent. i had a box of supplies thrown at my face ...luckily didnt break anything. some of the patients are a trip. one of them posed as a dr and convinced a nurse to give another patient the wrong medication which caused a lot of....issues.

i try to be empathatic but a lot of these people are truly hard to deal with

Incremental life extension breakthroughs hopefully. Like one rudimentary pill gives people 10 more years, then another breakthrough gives another 20, etc, until they figure out how to make people exist indefinitely and reverse aging. I admit I'm optimistic about it.

Of course there's always freak accidents/current medical limitations that could take me or other people out on the way to that future.

You believe the chances are good that that will be possible in the future? I'm not so sure

I see a ton of Corvettes around LA ever since the redesign. And yeah, I occasionally see super cars like, Lamborghinis, Ferraris, McLarens, Aston Martins, etc.

There have probably been a few hellcats around, but I honestly have never cared for muscle cars. So I don't check them out the way I do for other cars

Colleges will pivot to DEI programs if affirmation action is banned. I dont see how Supremr court could make that unconstitutional.

what does dei stand for? iirc colleges where affirmative action has been banned, have tried other things but minority enrollment is still way down
