You made some good plays that game, you wisely chose not to bother with the left location once you knew it was Patriot, and you locked down a location so his turn 6 Doom or Ultron couldn't add anything there. Skrull and Prof X in the same match can cause some severe lockdown situations that would generally be bad for a Patriot player, but I'm guessing you both played those on the same turn.

Sorry I was a bit presumptuous, but the stuff you learn when you get to "a level of competitiveness" in those games is what this entire game is built around -- reading into your opponent's lines of play as much or even more than your own. It's a tough skill to develop when you're just goofing around with buddies or slamming your face into the trash fire that is Hearthstone matchmaking.

As for an easier deck to play, Discard doesn't have nearly as many crucial decisions, though you do really need MODOK for it to work. I would've recommended Deathwave earlier but "lol, lmao" now. Patriot is solid and straightforward, and it should be viable even at a decently low CL, though I admit my personal list is kinda wacky. Finally, Sera Control isn't "easy," but it's a deck that will teach you a LOT, and it's a deck I think everyone should have experience playing.

I feel like its best to just not stress about whether you win or lose. I originally did, but once I quit caring about my rank/cubes and just made my own decks I started having a lot more fun.

Cerebro is fine - not fantastic, but still fine. However, it's not an easy deck to pilot imo.

IGCD, you might want to find an easier deck to play on your end, so you can focus on your opponent's play more. This isn't a diss -- it's a way to improve.

Honestly, since you're pretty new to card games in general, I would suggest you stop snapping for the most part. You need to learn what kinds of endgames other decks have before you can be confident in what lines of play are available both to you and to your opponent. Snap is a game that is most influenced by its final 1-2 turns. You're getting really pissed at every 4- or 8-cube loss, and that rush of emotion of stopping you from learning.

Well, any other play you make there on turn 6 would lose to what they did, so your mistake was that you shouldve known Valkyrie was a possibility since it was your own card, and retreated.

i would snap on turn 3 this game, as soon as its revealed to be the sandbox with your colossus already in it (and mr fantastic in hand). the chance theyre running a deck that can get into that lane and win it without sacrificing the other two is very low
