Who goes to McDonalds these days anyway? Their customer service is pitiful in addition to their prices going so high. Filthy dining rooms, grumpy cashiers. My McDonalds has a Kiosk where they expect you to place the order yourself. If you approach the ordering counter they sometimes take your order or sometimes rudely point to the kiosk. Their drive thru is hit or miss, and my order is screwed up more than half the time.

I know people like to hate on Chik-Fil-A but goddamn is their drive thru efficient! I bet McDonalds isn't much cheaper than Chik-Fil-A these days too.

Its more convenient now than dealing with paper coupons.

Regular restaurants aren't so bad in comparison for some reason. I just went to a sit down Mexican restaurant last night. I had 2 chicken and 2 beef taquitos served with guacamole salad and rice/beans on the side. I also had unlimited chips and salsa. My total was $11.99.

I wish I had a picture of my local Taco Bell menu. It's laughably overpriced. The $5 boxes are $8 and the regular combos start around $10.

Exactly. I can go to my local Mexican restaurant and get a huge burrito wide sides for the price of a meal at McDonald's.

I was never big on McDonalds, but I remember always getting coupons for $1 Whoppers at BK. They are now almost $8 without tax.

BK double cheeseburgers were my favorite. I now never go there anymore as well because of the price and I always feel sick after eating.

So you see how this works is the companies who are providing ingredients to other companies are now paying their employees more so now they have less profit so they in turn are now charging who they sell to more. So the company who is buying the ingredients are paying more for employees and more for ingredients and are now going to charge more for what they are selling. It is beginning economics 101.
