Warbreaker beated! Man, that was a really good book. I still never totally got the magic system, but they made it work. The selling point is definitely the characters for me though. Really strong cast, and the story uses them well.

I guess I'll start on The Stormlight Archive next since that's what follows on the bibliography.

This is a match that happened. Nice to have some recovery time after a close Crono match.

He's almost 19 months now, and it feels like he's hitting a real growth spurt developmentally. He's trying to string words together, and it feels like he understands what we say really well now. It's so much fun.

Also finding out Mother 3 isn't dialing the weird up to 11 all the time might be a selling point to me because Earthbound was just too weird for me (and that battle system is super dated and borderline unplayable for someone whose first RPG was Mario RPG).

I'd still consider DD my second favorite AA game because the average case quality is so high. Its top end may not be as high as SoJ, but it's way more consistent.

5-2, 5-3, 5-5, and 5-6 are all great. I feel like 5-4 is underappreciated because of its weird ending. 5-1 is the weak link, but it's also the intro case, so it's forgivable.

I appreciate Arthur Smith's commitment to drafting top end talent and completely failing to utilize them by investing in bad QBs
