So let me get this right. BoF4's planet was full of strife and world so the secret summoners of that world summoned Dragons and Fou-Lu to their world to be their Gods. Fou-Lu establishes the Fou Empire and becomes its first emperor. Tired after retrieving peace for this world, he went into a great slumber. Centuries later, Yuna tries to summon Deis and Fou-Lu(again?) but it was an imperfect way so that's why Deis was put into Ershin and Ryu was created.
