I used to work on stage. I've seen too many musicals, but I've never been a big fan of them. Much prefer concerts, operas or plays.

As for breakfast, I've been making due with homemade oatmeal. 1/4 oats, 1/4 almonds, 1/2 milk, 1 scoop protein powder, a couple dates and some vanilla extract. Boil the oats almonds and milk, simmer for 3 minutes, then mix it with everything else in a bowl

Milk is v calorie dense, works fine with a protein shake if that's a meal replacement

AI as it is currently implemented is largely a money sink and has a huge tendency to be wrong in places where it's hard to question. I think the questions and anxieties you have are valid, but I think that the AIpocalypse is not on the horizon until/unless we achieve AGI, which is not going to be achieved using the current LLM style implementations.

Audioslave's first album was almost void of filler tracks. Depending on the day I can listen to anything on that album, even if some of it is a little generic.
