I'm bad at remembering how songs are supposed to go, don't listen to a lot of popular music, and no one needs to hear my voice attempt to sing, so I have no wish to karaoke again.
The one time I did karaoke, the song I picked was System of a Down's BYOB.
Ive done BYOB before. Its fun, but fuck has it ruined my voice if Im not being careful.

Past couple years me and my friends have really gotten into doing karaoke, it's a lot of fun. I highly recommend private room karaoke in particular, it's so much better when it's just you and people you know.

For me, I always do Chop Suey (System of a Down), and then I often rotate through Smells Like Teen Spirit (Nirvana), Break Stuff (Limp Bizkit), Jeremy (Pearl Jam), and various Offspring songs. My GF and I also like to do Tribute (Tenacious D) together, and Ghostbusters is a surprisingly solid group sing-along song.

Any other karaoke fans here?

Heck, I didn't know a sixth movie was in the works, and I totally agree with your ratings. If 6 is anywhere near as good as 2 or 5, then I'll be happy with it.
Hell, even if its only on par with 3 Id still at least have fun with it.

i just hope 4 stays the all time low for the series lol, I cant take a movie worse than that.

There will be 6 soon. The universe I come from it's already been released. No seriously do you really expect the 6th to be good? Then trend has been downward since the start. The 3rd movie was when the gimmick was getting a bit long in the tooth. The opening in 2 is still great. Traveling behind a Log truck is a fear I actually have
Im legit excited for 6 tbh, but also I liked all of the FDs except for 4. 5 is my second favorite one in the franchise.

Just beat FF16 and am looking for another RPG to sink an obscene amount of time into. I liked FF16 a lot, but I think I'd prefer my next one to be turn-based.

I've played and beaten Persona's 3 and 5, loved them. Played most of 4, but while I liked parts of it, didn't like it nearly as much as the other 2. I've played and beaten FF 6, 7, 9, X, and 16, and played at least a good chunk of 4 and 5.

And then... That's about all I've played, at least as far as turn based RPGs go.

I know I've heard of the Tales Of series, Dragon Quest, and Star Ocean, but I don't know where to start with any of those.

Any other recommendations are super welcome. An interesting story/characters are a big thing I like to have in my RPGs, so if a game is just mechanics focused I may be less likely to get into it.

Been mostly playing on my PS5 lately so that'd be preferred, but I do have a Switch and a decent gaming laptop so those are still options too.

Loved it it. The main villain being basically an eldritch, Lovecraftian horror, was amazing. My favorite big bad since FFXII's Venat.
Completely agree. The game did a great job of slowly building him up, slowly giving more and more clues about what the fuck he is and what he's actually trying to do. It was also a good call to have a bunch of smaller big-bads as basically a distraction while Ultima was scheming. All of the major threats in this game were pretty fucking awesome. Benedikta, Hugo, and Barnabas were all super intimidating in their own ways too.

Aw man, that shit was awesome. Loved the direction they took with it, loved the characters and overall story, it was good shit.

Clive's awesome, he honestly might be my favorite FF protagonist. He's got such a good arc, with moments that genuinely punch you in the gut at times seeing the shit this poor dude had to go through.

Like, shit, this guy watched his younger brother die TWICE (I know the first time he wasn't really dead, but Clive didn't know that for like, over a decade), his own mom betrayed him and got his dad and pretty much everyone he knew and cared about killed, was in slavery for years, thought he killed his brother, watched the man who freed him and became his mentor die...

And this dude just went all in and became this bandit paragon of justice, and ended up killing a god.

Also I know "party members" is kinda loose in this game, but if you count anyone that fights alongside Clive, this game's party cast is pretty fucking great. Cid, Jill, Gav, Byron, Joshua, Dion. Mother fucking Torgal. All of them were genuinely interesting and unique character wise.

I think my only issues with the game are, as I know a lot of people have said, some of the gameplay and quest mechanics get a bit repetitive after a while. I missed a couple of early on quests before Cid died, but I think I did every single other one after the time skip, and it started to drag a bit by the end. That said though, the side quests story wise were all mostly pretty fun, had some interesting character development and world building. I wasn't expecting that Crimson Caravan lady's brother to die in that late game quest, god damn. I think that death somehow shocked me more than any other death in the game, I guess mostly because his death is technically optional. I just went to knock out a couple side-quests and suddenly this poor dude's getting zombified.

I did enjoy the Hunt Board more than I thought I would; ended up doing all of them.

Had a lot of fun with the game overall. The boss fights were all mostly pretty solid, Titan's second form def being my favorite though. And that fucking soundtrack, god damn it's so good. Only FF game that's hooked me enough to beat since X, although I do kinda wanna circle back and give 12 another shot, I only got a handful of hours into it.

I am enjoying Desrossa a good bit so far; Luffy being in a gladiator tournament is dope, Zoro chasing down a fairy and then being forced to help them is hilarious, hell, everyones mini arc is pretty solid so far

Even Sanjis! Im sure theres still plenty of time for him to fuck it up, but so far I like his arc of falling in love, turns out hes being tricked, but then her actually falling in love back. If all of his arcs were like this where hes just a hopeless romantic instead of a mega creep, hed be so much better.

Also wtf at the abstract art devil fruit person, thats fucking wild.

*rolls eyes* Okay, done engaging after this, don't want to derail the topic further, just think it's silly people get so offended over nothing. I'm not a particular Sanji fan either, though I enjoy his fights usually and his bickering with Zoro. I just see people complain constantly and it gets old because it's it's such a small aspect of an amazing show.
It may be a relatively small aspect of the show as a whole, but it IS a major part of Sanjis character, and has directly impacted the plot at certain points.

Do I still enjoy the show a lot? Yep. But frankly, if Sanji wasnt in the show or if they cut out all of the womanizing and creepiness, the show would be damn near perfect. Its a pretty big blemish on an otherwise amazing show. It doesnt keep me from watching the show, but I know some people that it would, and frankly, I kinda get it.

If your argument is that it shouldnt keep me from enjoying the show, it doesnt. I still love One Piece. But how Sanji treats women is a pretty major flaw, especially how hes acted the past couple of arcs.
