A lot of capitol rioters have feigned sympathy in order to get a break from the judge and then gone right back to saying the same shit after sentencing. Hopefully the judge won't buy it in this case.

Steve Bannon's appeal is finally going to be heard in federal appeals court on Thursday. He really should have been in prison a long time ago. I wouldn't be surprised if he tries to appeal this up to the supreme court.

I don't necessarily disagree with you, but I wonder if even the greatest attorneys in the country do any better considering what they're working with?

I would hope that the greatest, or even an average attorney, would just tell Trump the truth and not act like an idiot in court.
