This game definitely time gates drops harder then Genshin so far. Traces alone adds a whole different grind on top of everything sharing the same drops. Idk still only level 50 so maybe it gets better at 60 or 65

Naw it's still pretty bad lol.

I just don't like the artificial gates. Like unlocking whole new level tiers should mean easier access to mats. But even at lv60 cap, you can do 6 runs of something and still only come up with 1-2 blue mats for traces or what have you most of the time. I know you can synthesize to upgrade mat tiers but that just feels like silly watering down

Yeah like...you could argue that the punches and kicks were slow and whatnot. But just look at the fucking nonchalant explosiveness the chimp uses to get to height for that high kick.

I'm not sure. But I was also surprised that he was even saved at all and got into the coma. And Im guessing him losing his memories was why he couldn't warp back.

I kinda wish they showed what happened to Yuuki, the guy that was originally accused for the kidnappings/murders, in the new fixed time line. Hell, maybe even have him be one of the supporters for Saturo in catching Mr. Yashiro.

The obsession part didn't seem so farfetched, although it did remind me a little TOO much of the Batman/Joker relationship. But even Joker would keep doing shit even if Batman was in a coma for years I feel like lol

Oh yeah. I can see how it might be a facade (only really in the first episode or two ATM) and things can get darker/heavier.

Anyways, just finished Erased. I liked it. The ending didn't feel too rushed and reading the spoiler about the differences between the manga and the anime, I feel like I'd prefer the anime ending also, although I feel like it'd be more realistic for the killer to keep killing during the coma.

So far recently I've finished Seven Deadly Sins, caught up on Demon Slayer and now Erased. I kind of started Ranking of Kings as a cutesy one and I'm also thinking of continuing Monster.

Did a whole lotta watching today. Finished S3 (Entertainment District). They do a really good job of making these Hashiras likeable despite a lot of them seemingly...not likeable the first time Tanjiro meets them lol.

And my lord I know this show got hype because of it's animation but four seasons in and its just so damn beautiful still

I swear Inosuke's dub voice sounds like Cartman sometimes lol

Oh for sure. And with stuff like MoC needing multiple teams, Nat is a great secondary healer. But just trudging along story on alt account without Bailu and using Nat, I've come across a lot of situations where I was like "Damn I wish I had Bailu" lol

After some testing with different accounts and whatnot, Bailu for sure is the better healer for me. Yes Nat's cleanse is useful but Bailu's kit is just so good. Overhealing, dependable aoe healing outside of the ult and the clutch auto phoenix because you never know when some bullshit happens like 5 enemies decide to focus on one character for a whole turn.

Also I wish Clara's ult was an actual taunt a la Fire MC, even if the auto counter spreads to any ally getting hit. And Welt is daddy and a great debuffer/breaker.

I can see its appeal to many. But this was probably one of the most overrated series I've seen in a while.

Having pretty good MCs with great chemistry can only carry a series so far. And outside of them it didn't have much else going for it.

And just a peeve of mine but it never really lived up to its namesake either. With the seven sins concept being barely relevant.

I think with the name thing it started out as a decent concept and the way it lived on is that they brought in the Ten Commandments, The 4 Archangels, etc. to keep the theme.

Also this Chaos storyline is some kind of RPG post game bullshit lol

Yeah this last season is super dragging holy shit lol. But what a sad but touching end to Escanor.
